ARGON IONS COLLIDE IN THE NA61/SHINE DETECTOR

In February 2015 for the first time argon ions were accelerated in the CERN SPS  and the first collisions were recorded by NA61/SHINE. The data are crucial for our search for the critical point of strongly interacting matter and  study of the properties of the onset of deconfinement. For details see:
